I thought I would pull out some of my favorite Spring recipes today, just in case this June-ary weather has you dreaming of a real Spring...

Grilled Romaine is a fabulous twist on a traditional salad.

This weekend I made some rhubarb rugelach (recipe here). They were worth the work! They have a cream cheese dough with lemon zest and vanilla and the filling is rhubarb simmered with star anise and more vanilla. Mmmmm
