Spent a fabulous weekend on the Oregon Coast with friends. Rented a crabbing boat from Wheeler Marina and spent the day tooling around Nehalem Bay in search of the delicious dungeness crab. Notice the sunshine! Middle of October and the coast was washed in sunshine!
We had quite a haul, 29 crab in all. They are sweet as sugar and a wonderful treat.
Any recipe suggestions for the leftovers? (Assuming we have any?)
