What I Wish I Was Eating Right Now!
Toasted poppy seed bagel
Pesto cream cheese
Crispy slices of bacon
Roasted kabocha squash
Justin and I ate this combo at the Portland Farmer's Market last fall and I am still dreaming of it. I may have to attempt my own version this weekend. I have pesto in the freezer, one last kabocha squash sitting in the basement, and this Chow bagel recipe burning a hole in my, um, web browser.
Have you tried making bagels? Any pointers?
