Asparagus rules supreme over the other springtime vegetables.
I love mine roasted in olive oil and garlic and then tossed with some balsamic vinegar. Or steamed and dipped in mayo. Or sauted with black bean sauce. Or grilled.
How do you eat yours?
(And yes, I do realize that a strawberry isn't really a vegetable) :)
Ah, I love asparagus and eat it like the Italians eat it in Milan : steamed and laid out on the plate with a fried egg or two atop then smothered under freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Yum!
