I saw someone do this on a cooking show. This method makes peeling citrus for cooking much easier and neater.
1. Cut the ends off of the fruit.
2. Using a sharp knife, cut the peel off. Follow the curve of the fruit. Don't worry if you get a little of the fruit. I just squeeze the peel over whatever I am adding the sliced citrus to.
3. Slice into bite sized pieces.
