Polenta with Greens (and an Egg for Good Luck!)



Dinner Math
One recipe of polenta (fried up in olive oil with loads of black pepper)
+
One batch of garlicy kale
+
some leftover caramelized onions
+
1 egg over easy with a nice runny yolk
=
Dinner! (Or quite possibly Breakfast, Brunch or Lunch)


left over onions and greens ready to go
Cooled polenta, fried in a little olive oil
er medium high heat
