I wrote about our Jet Seltzer Maker over a year ago. We still love it and use it almost daily. The Seltzer Maker would be a great holiday gift. It is far cheaper then buying seltzer and is a smarter environmental choice. No shipping water across the country. I really can't praise this machine enough. (I secretly have my eye on the Penguin model... glass bottles seem so chic!)
