We are well into our travels, having finished visiting and eating our way though Beijing, China and are now in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
I start cooking classes tomorrow - a 4 day long course. I should come home with a new expertise one Thai cooking. All of which I hope to blog about when I get home. Justin and I have also been careful to photograph nearly everything we have been eating. :) Dumplings, crepes, and ducks in China and all sorts of street foods here in Thailand. I would start blogging here, with pictures, but I can't figure out how to upload photos.. being literate in neither Chinese or Thai. :)
As always, the best part of traveling is the people we are meeting and watching. :)
It's a fantastic trip. I'd go back tomorrow if I could. Enjoy every minute of it.
